EPDM Flat Roof

The customer had an EPDM roof that was poorly fitted in multiple ways, leading to various issues over time. To provide a solid solution, we carefully stripped off the entire roof back down to the OSB board, which we were pleased to find was in good condition due to the lack of excessive glue. After ensuring the board was sound, we replaced the lead flashings with durable copper strapping, which will offer improved longevity and reliability. Finally, we installed the reinforced EPDM, which is now well-fitted and designed to withstand the elements, ensuring that the roof will remain in excellent shape for years to come.
