Large Flat Roof

We recently completed a large flat roof project in Newton Abbot, where we encountered a building that had two extensions. In these areas, the existing felt had not been replaced and had instead been felted over twice, which unfortunately led to significant leaking problems. To address this, we carefully stripped everything back to reveal the underlying structure and then re-boarded the surface, ensuring it was as flat as possible for an optimal installation. We then applied EPDM, a durable and weather-resistant material, along with a brand new Velux skylight. Now, this roof is not only aesthetically pleasing but also water-tight, providing peace of mind for the years to come.
