Flat Roof

We recently completed a small flat roof project where we took great care to ensure its durability and aesthetics. First, we removed the old torch-on felt, which was showing signs of wear. We reboarded the area with high-quality OSB3 to provide a sturdy base. Then, we installed reinforced EPDM, renowned for its robustness and long lifespan, offering excellent protection against the elements. To finish off the project, we added new fascias and soffits, giving the roof a fresh, polished look.
